Fonthill Collective Loyalty
Terms and Conditions
The Fonthill Collective Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) is operated by Fonthill Collective and is available for customers of participating venues including The Sussex Arms, The Ragged Trousers, The George, and The Philanthropist. By enrolling in the Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Fonthill Collective reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Scheme at any time without prior notice;
- Change the number of points required for any reward;
- Adjust earning and redemption rates;
- Withdraw or amend any reward at its discretion;
- And, modify or discontinue the loyalty scheme,
- At any time, without prior notice.
If the Scheme ends or is discontinued, any unused points may be forfeited without compensation.
Eligibility
The Scheme is open to anyone aged 18 and over. Businesses or organisations are not eligible to participate. Participation requires a valid phone number and email address. Loyalty points cannot be pooled or shared across accounts.
Becoming a member
You can become a member of the Fonthill Collective Loyalty scheme by visiting https://squareup.com/customer-programs/enroll/mZ3AcJp2wKxN/marketing or scanning the QR code provided in the venues, and completing the registration process. The telephone number used to register your loyalty account must be provided at the till at the time of purchase so points can be successfully collected.
Fonthill Collective cannot be held responsible for missed check-ins, and points not recorded at the time of the transaction cannot be added retrospectively, refunded, or replaced.
Earning Fonthill Collective Points
Points are earned based on qualifying purchases made at participating venues. The standard earning rate is determined by Fonthill Collective (10 points per £1 as of June 2025). The earning rate is subject to change and may vary from time or time or between venues. Additionally, points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Redeeming Your Rewards
Points can be redeemed for rewards as listed at the time of redemption. Rewards are subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn or replaced at any time. All rewards are subject to availability. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Account Use and Expiry
Fonthill Collective reserves the right to deactivate loyalty accounts that have 12 months of no qualifying activity. Inactive accounts may have points removed without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are up to date. Fonthill Collective will endeavour to provide loyalty account holders with prior notice of changes to rewards; however, this is only possible for customers who have consented to receive marketing communications.
Abuse and Misuse
Fonthill Collective reserves the right to remove or suspend accounts suspected of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Manipulating transactions
- Exploiting, or attempting to exploit the system
- Inappropriate conduct with staff or systems
Privacy
Your data will be used in accordance with the Fonthill Collective Privacy Policy and the Square Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Fonthill Collective’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Scheme is final and binding.
